The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) introduced up to $125.5 million in new funding to advance solar technology research. Through the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) Solar Energy Technologies Office, DOE is now accepting award submissions and expects to announce the funding winners in September.

DOE’s Solar Energy Technologies Office Fiscal Year 2020 Funding Program (SETO 2020) will assist to proceed the regular decline in solar prices.
