Developing the abilities to precisely estimate manufacturing value and revenue on your greenhouse or nursery enterprise is necessary for any grower. To assist you construct these capabilities, University of Florida (UF) Extension is providing a “Costing & Profitability” course, the fourth course of the 2019 Greenhouse Training Online programs program supplied by UF-Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences.

The course is superior stage and it’s designed for knowledgeable, well-trained growers, or folks with higher college schooling. The course is obtainable in English and Spanish, with instructors Paul Fisher, Alan Hodges, Kevin Athearn, and Rosanna Freyre at UF, Charlie Hall from Texas A&M University, and Bill Swanekamp from Kube-Pak Corp in Allentown, NJ (winner of Greenhouse Grower’s 2019 Operation of the Year award)

The course runs from Sept. 2-30, 2019, and features a personalised certificates of completion. The final day to register is Sept. 9. Over 4 weeks, it is going to embrace streaming video classes, readings, and assignments (about three to 4 hours whole dedication per week), which could be accessed at any time of day.
